Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Representative with 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an e-commerce environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, reaching out to potential customers via telephone, and closing sales deals. The Tele Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our services and generate sales leads.
  • Identify customer needs and provide information about Alibaba‚Äôs subscription to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Present persuasive sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
  • Utilize sales techniques to close sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.


  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in tele sales, with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce company.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits persuasively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Goal-oriented mind-set with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and best practices is a plus.
  • Go getter attitude along with a multi-tasking approach is a must have.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborative attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment.
